What information does Alex Lawrence Swim School collect about you?
We collect your name/ swimmer’s name, contact telephone numbers including emergency contact, email and home address. We also require the swimmer’s date of birth and any medical conditions that we should be aware of. We also request permission to use photographs to promote your lessons which you can opt in or out of at any time.
We require the above data to aid our teachers in delivery of lessons and to stay in contact with you with news and renewal of swimming lessons and any changes that you should be made aware of.
All information held is protected on a secure database and will only be accessed by staff of Alex Lawrence Swim School.
Marketing
We will only use data held to keep you up to date with swimming lessons, courses and events that are of interest to you and applicable to your child. You may opt out of communication at any time and request us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes please email enquiries@alexlawrenceswimschool.co.uk
Access to your information
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information please email enquiries@alexlawrenceswimschool.co.uk
If your personal details change please let us know so that the information we hold is current and up to date.
No information held will be shared or sold to any organisation and is kept solely for it’s intended use by Alex Lawrence Swim School.
